At Sammis Little Kitchen, our aim is to make shopping with us as enjoyable as possible. That’s why we work hard to make sure our store policies are fair, clear and transparent. CAKES & DEPOSITS

*Cake orders will only be confirmed in diary once deposits are paid, £15 for all cakes(except wedding cakes). wedding cakes require a £50 deposit to secure your booking, all deposits are non returnable but come off your final bill.

*Cake delivery is available on all cakes over £100, delivery price will depend on location.

*Collection of cakes: Sammis Little Kitchen will not be responsible for the condition of the cake once it leaves my premises. 

NON EDIBLE ITEMS

*I can NOT be responsible for non edible items of your choice added to the cake. these need to be removed before eating.

MULTI TIERD CAKES

*These cakes contain plastic\wood doweling to support the cake from collapsing they must be removed for eating.

*ALL delivered cakes are photographed when set up, and then become the responsibility of the venue or person handed over to.

HIRE CHARGES

*Wedding cake stands, post box, chocolate stand  cupcake stands ect £10 per item per 2 day hire with a £30 cash deposit for 1 item, £50 for 2 items £80 for 3+ items (deposit returned on return of items). if damaged upto 50%of the deposit may be kept, you are responsible for the safe return not the venue unless pre-arranged with sammis little kitchen.
