Behind the Counter

Welcome to Sammis Little Kitchen, i have been providing unique cakes for many special occasions, across Bournemouth, Poole and Dorset for the last ten years.

My goal has always been to create personal, customized cake designs, baked to my customers requirements to give them that extra special way to celebrate those special Occasions. I pride myself on giving the customer what they want, weather it be a mimic or customized homemade cake, in a range of delicious flavours with unique features for there event. Whatever the occasion may be, im  confident that i can give you that extra special cake to help you celebrate with your loved ones.

I have always had a passion for baking, and decorating cakes for as long as I can remember, so for this reason after I finished my catering college course in professional catering nvq 1,2 &3, i then went down the path to specialize  in cakes and baked goods, I have worked in the hotel and restaurant industry for years as a pastry/dessert chef and now solely concentrate  all my passion for baking into my cakes.
